The first image (found online) is a "Cylon Centurion" from the 2003 re-imagined "Battlestar Gallactica" TV movie and miniseries. The second image (found in a book) is a "Magna Guard" -- aka one of General Grievous' guards -- from the 2005 film "Star Wars III, Revenge of the Sith."
